Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

Comfort zone kills more dreams than any war ever did.

A comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.

Stepping out of it is the best gift you can give yourself.

comfort zone is a psychological state in which things feel familiar to us. We feel at ease and in control of our environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress. We have a false feeling of our life being in balance.

While stepping out of a comfort zone raises anxiety and generates a stress response. This results in an enhanced level of concentration and focus. Our brain starts rebelling as would need to start working.

So yes, that’s why our brain likes keeping us in it. Our brain will resist the work and growth! Our brain will resist using the prefrontal cortex as it requires a huge amount of energy. It will do anything to pull us back from the “discomfort” and keep us nicely put and comfortable. Natural survival instinct. Therefore we will not experience the excitement & inspiration. Our brain will send the opposite signals of fear, sabotage & anxiety. But we need to understand it is only our brain’s job, a natural process and we must not misinterpret these feelings.

The magic begins the moment you step out of your comfort zone.

When you start going against your fears, you will start feeling more aware & creative and the more you do, the more it will challenge your inner limits. You can overcome those mixed feeling despite your brain’s resistance and start working like a PRO. Which means to keep pushing your boundaries and limits to live your life to your full potential. Pursuing your goals, achieving fulfillment and happiness and start making a difference in other peoples lives too, even if it means to break or change the rules.

I very often experience people getting excited about new opportunities presented to them. Often they even sign up and buy new programs, training or some business packages. Just to give up on it all with the first brains comfort zone reminder. They don’t understand it is only what it is. Our brain’s simple reaction. And what a waste of effort.

Shuttered dreams and big disappointments. Why? They were not ready or willing to step out of comfort zone and overcome the short-term discomfort. They rather let the brain pull them back than start working hard. Well, I can only encourage you to remember your dreams and goals. To keep strongly focused, work hard and results will show up. We have a system and we have a support. But your results are only on YOU!

If you can’t see the reason why continue, remember the reason why you have signed up.

If you recognised your journey in it, get back to your dreams and start pursuing them.

Because your dreams matter.

Because you deserve it!
